APBN 2017 Disahkan, Sri Mulyani Ucapkan Terima Kasih

Mantan Direktur Bank Dunia, yang kini menjabat Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani, hari ini telah mengikuti Rapat paripurna Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) untuk mengesahkan Rancangan Undang-Undang Anggaran Penerimaan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2017. Dalam kesempatan tersebut Sri Mulyani mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pimpinan rapat paripurna dan para anggota Badan Anggaran dan Komisi DPR, setelah Rancangan Undang-Undang Anggaran Penerimaan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) 2017‎ disahkan menjadi Undang-Undang‎.



"Perkenankanlah kami atas nama pemerintah mengucapkan terima kasih dan penghargaan yang setinggi-tingginya kepada pimpinan dan anggota Banggar," tutur Sri Mulyani saat Rapat Paripurna pengesahan RUU APBN 2017 di Gedung DPR, Jakarta, Rabu (26/10/2016).
Menurut Sri Mulyani, pemerintah memahami masih banyak kebutuhan untuk menyelenggarakan kehidupan bernegara yang makin baik menuju masyarakat adil dan makmur, sehingga APBN2017 diharapkan menjadi instrumen untuk memacu pembangunan nasional.
"Kebijakan fiskal diharapkan mampu menjadi instrumen yang efektif untuk memperkuat ekonomi Indonesia menghadapi tantangan global dan regional," tutur Sri Mulyani.
Sri Mulyani merincikan, pendapatan negara yang ditetapkan pada APBN 2017 mengalami kenaikan Rp 12,7 triliun dari rencana semula Rp 1.737,6 triliun menjadi Rp 1.750,3 triliun.
Sementara, anggaran belanja negara ditetapkan meningkat Rp 10 triliun dari rencana awal Rp 2.070,5 triliun menjadi Rp 2.080,5 triliun.
"Dengan demikian, defisit anggaran dalam APBN tahun 2017 menjadi Rp 330,2 triliun atau setara dengan 2,4w persen dari PDB," papar Sri Mulyani.
Adapun indikator ekonomi makro 2017 yang telah disahkan DPR melalui rapat paripurna, di antaranya :
- Pertumbuhan ekonomi 5,1 persen
- Tingkat inflasi 4 persen
- Nilai tukar rupiah 13.300 per dollar AS
- Suku bunga Surat Perbendaharaan (SPN) 5,3 persen
- Harga minyak mentah 45 per dollar AS
- Lifting minyak 815.000 bph
- Lifting gas 1,15 juta bph
